1. Data Collection by the Developer
もきゅクラウド does not collect your name, email address, precise location, driving routes, fuel calculation results, or any other user data. The App does not send this data to servers controlled by the developer, use it for advertising or tracking, or sell it to third parties.
2. Data Processed on Your Device
To provide its features, the App processes the following data on your device:
- Precise location, date and time, speed, distance traveled, and related driving information while a calculation is active
- Driving routes and calculated results, including estimated fuel consumption and average speed
- Settings you enter, such as the vehicle name and average city and highway fuel economy
- Route names, favorite status, and display information about route start and end points
3. How Location Information Is Used
The App uses location information to calculate distance traveled and estimated fuel consumption, display your current location and driving route on a map, and save driving routes on your device. After you start a calculation, the App may use location information in the background to continue calculating even when the screen is closed.
You can change location access at any time in iOS Settings. If you revoke access, the App may be unable to calculate distance traveled or fuel consumption accurately.
4. On-Device Storage and iCloud Sync
Driving routes and calculation data are stored on your device by default. When iCloud Sync is enabled, this data is also stored in your own iCloud container and synchronized across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
もきゅクラウド cannot access data stored in your iCloud account. iCloud availability and security are governed by Apple’s services.
5. Data Retention
Data on your device and in iCloud is retained until you delete it. Deleting the App removes its local data from that device, but data previously synchronized with iCloud may remain in iCloud.
6. How to Delete Your Data
- To delete an individual route, move it to Trash from Saved Routes or Imported Routes in the App, and then empty the Trash.
- To delete route data from both your device and iCloud, go to Settings → iCloud Sync → Delete iCloud Data in the App.
If route data remains on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, that device may synchronize the data again. To delete the data completely, also remove the App’s data from your other devices or disable iCloud Sync on those devices.
7. Sharing Initiated by You
The App lets you share fuel calculation data and route data using the iOS share sheet. Sharing occurs only when you explicitly initiate it. After sharing, the data is handled according to the privacy policy of the recipient or service you select.
8. Apple Services
The App uses features provided by Apple for location services, maps and place information, iCloud synchronization, notifications, and sharing. Please refer to Apple’s privacy policy and the applicable service terms for information about Apple’s handling of data.
9. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the App displays local notifications for events such as the completion of a fuel calculation. Notification content is generated on your device and is not delivered from the developer’s servers. You can change notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when App features change or when necessary to comply with applicable laws and requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the App.
